2.6 Electric Receiver
So far, we know that the circuit's passive elements mainly comprise capacitors, inductors, and resistors. However, the actual electrical equipment consists of more intricate elements such as transistors, diodes among others. Specifically, disciplines such as electronics, or power electronics comprise other components that are also useful for many applications. It is common that an electric receiver contains various passive elements (Fig. 2.19).
